PRIMARY APPLICATIONS SMART GUARD single component modified polymer based cures by reaction with atmospheric air to give a rubberized elastomeric waterproof membrane. It is supplied in a single grade to meet all site application methods and requirements

SMART GUARD is a grey coloured medium viscosity grade semi liquid for brushable, roller, squeegee or sprayable pplication to horizontal and vertical surfaces.

SMART GUARD shall be directly applied on steel substrates without any primer. GUARD PR shall be applied as a primer
cum sealer for highly porous and moistured concrete substrates.

PRIMARY APPLICATIONS:

The high elasticity, excellent bond and low water permeability of SMART GUARD make it ideal for wide range of waterproofing applications such as foundations, basements, podiums, tunnels, ground floors, suspended floors, car decks, roof terraces, balconies, patios, sunkens, precincts, planter boxes, water retaining structures (potable water), sewage tank works, and inverted roofs. The excellent chemical resistance of SMART GUARD makes particularly suitable for tanking applications in areas where aggressive ground water conditions prevail.
