Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and offering customized solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and consultations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
